Excellent hotel with pleasant and helpful personnel. The location is not that bad, although it is 15 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfy. A few items advertised as amenities, such as an iron, iron stand, microwave, and kitchenette, etc.. were missing in the room when we checked in. They offered an iron and iron stand upon request, however we had to walk to the hotel kitchen to use the microwave and kitchenette, which was a little inconvenient while staying with little children. The kids play area was quite small. In-house Starbucks (mini version) and a small market are quite convenient. It has a couple restaurants within 5 minutes' walk, and the morning breakfast was excellent. Overall, suggested if you prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel was overall good. It was clean and the rooms were big and modern. The housekeeping- team did a great job. Breakfast was good as well, a big selection of cheese, olives and much more. The staff was very friendly and professional. Lobby, terrace and ofc the rooms were super comfortable.

Our recent stay at Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti was necessitated by medical appointments at a nearby hospital. From the outset, we were impressed. The hotel's central location proved incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants and local markets within easy reach, allowing us to explore the vibrant neighborhood during our downtime. The rooms themselves were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a welcome respite after a long day. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. We were particularly impressed with Mahmut, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. He went above and beyond to assist us, proactively offering guidance on navigating the city and even assisting us with acquiring a local SIM card. His proactive assistance in arranging a necessary extension to our stay was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. The combination of a central location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mahmut and Burcu made our stay truly memorable

Check-in was very fast. However, we got a connective room, not a family suite. So, we had to stay in that room on the first night. We raised our concerns and asked to change it. The next morning, without any reminding, staff came and helped us to move. all requirements were accommodated promptly. The staff were really friendly. The cleaners were awsome. Although they couldn't speak English, they connected me to the reception to help with translation. it showed the extent to which our demands were valued. I am so grateful for it.

One of the best hotel and friendliest staff I have ever met, I arrived at the hotel 10 am and i was very tired, check in was supposed to be at 2 pm but when the receptionist saw i was tired she immediately gave me my room without charging any extra money.. The room was cleaned every day meticulously.. 2 water bottles was provided everyday for free and if u wanted more they would happily give u.. thank u to all the lovely staff there ❤️
